All this talk of rum, tiki culture, and its revival, reminded us of a drink called the The Tiki Torch Shot at the Zombie Hut in Carroll Gardens. This isn’t just about picking one up and slamming it down. It’s set on fire, and instructions are required. It currently joins the Pickle Back at The Rusty Knot, and the Cooool Shot at Mad For Chicken, as three of our favorite, more involved shots.
