20 A Mediterranean Passover: Hands-On Cooking & Wine Pairing with Michael Krondl
The Jews of Italy, Spain, North Africa, and the Middle East have a rich culinary heritage that goes back thousands of years, with Passover traditions distinct from those of Eastern Europe. Enjoy Passover the Mediterranean way with dishes such as Greek haroset, and Tunisian artichoke tajine. Since a Passover meal would be incomplete without wine, there will be a tasting of kosher wines made using traditional and modern styles. Note: the kitchen at Astor is not kosher. Tickets ($125/each) can be purchased using the link below.
Location: The Astor Center, 399 Lafayette Street (At E. 4th St) 12:00PM-4:00PM
